Tximist Foundation will build the first The Equality Stadium in Kenya

Tximist Foundation announces the launch of one of the most ambitious and transformative projects in its history. In 2026, it will create the world’s first THE EQUALITY STADIUM. The facility will be built in Kisii County, Kenya. Moreover, its main goal is to generate lasting social and community impact.

The stadium has a clear social mission. It will be created for Football Without Borders Kenya (FWBK), a local organization with which Tximist Foundation maintains a strong partnership. Thanks to this alliance, the work of Football Without Borders will continue to grow. As a result, its positive impact on children and the wider community will become even stronger.

Football Without Borders Kenya: Sport, Education, and a Future for Children

Football Without Borders Kenya is a community foundation that uses football as a tool for social transformation. In addition, it develops programs in education, sustainable agriculture, health, wellbeing, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

Its main programs include:

  • Football 4 Agriculture: Promotes modern and sustainable farming among youth. It teaches planting, cultivation, and harvesting as a path to food security and income generation.
  • FWBK Football Academy: Provides committed children with regular training and local competitions. It also offers an educational environment focused on leadership, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Schooling & Education: Includes a community library, computer access, and educational workshops. Therefore, it offers a safe space for learning and personal growth.
  • Life on the Ball: Combines referee-free football matches with dialogue and reflection activities. This approach fosters communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Women Empowerment: Focuses on girls’ and women’s health and autonomy. It includes menstrual hygiene management, self-defense, sewing and reusable pad workshops, literacy, and education on rights and gender-based violence.
  • Afforestation: Encourages environmental responsibility through tree planting and education. Furthermore, it engages children and youth in caring for their surroundings.

Together, these programs reflect a holistic vision of development. Sport becomes the starting point to create education, dignity, opportunities, and a sustainable future for the entire community.

The Origin of THE EQUALITY STADIUM: A Project Born in 2025

The idea of THE EQUALITY STADIUM emerged in 2025 during a Tximist Foundation expedition to Kenya. During this visit, Aintzane Encinas, president of Tximist Foundation, and George Osoya, president of Football Without Borders Kenya, held deep conversations. As a result, a shared vision was born: creating a safe and dignified space full of opportunities for local children, especially girls.

From this vision came the decision to build a stadium that goes beyond sport. It will be a space for equality, protection, and community gathering. Moreover, it will support all the social and educational programs that Football Without Borders already implements on the ground.

With the project’s launch in 2026, Tximist Foundation reaffirms its commitment to equality, childhood, and community development. Therefore, it takes a decisive step toward a future where the right to play, access education, and enjoy safe spaces becomes a reality for all.

A Call to Companies Committed to Social Impact

At this key moment, Tximist Foundation invites companies and organizations committed to social impact to join this initiative. Collaborating on THE EQUALITY STADIUM means becoming part of a transformative project. Furthermore, it champions equality, childhood, and sustainable development. For this reason, it will create real and lasting impact in Kisii County and for future generations.
