Summer Course: Leadership and Empowerment of Women in Sport
This Summer Course is designed to strengthen leadership and empower women in sports management and coaching roles. Open to women and men of all ages, the course is offered in both in-person and online formats. It provides a comprehensive and practical learning experience, led by the president of the Tximist Foundation, an organization with years of experience promoting female leadership in sport.
The course not only equips participants with practical tools for leadership and management, but also empowers them to act as agents of change within the sports world, fostering greater diversity and inclusion in their respective environments. Additionally, it will promote the creation of a professional network of women leaders in sport, helping to expand the reach of gender equality across the sports sector.
Objectives
To train and empower women in the sports sector—particularly managers and coaches—by developing leadership, management, and empowerment skills, in order to strengthen their roles within their organizations and in the broader sports context.
