Tximist Foundation Wins the Public Award

Recognition for Commitment to Equality and Inclusion

The Tximist Foundation has been awarded the Public Award at the ninth edition of “Gestión en Corto”, a contest organized by EUSKALIT to highlight the value of audiovisual language as a tool for effective management communication.

The winning video, titled “Equality in Play”, is part of the international Tximist Cup project. It gives voice to players and participants who show how football can drive equality of opportunity, break down barriers, and inspire new role models.

A Contest that Promotes Creativity and Innovation

The Gestión en Corto contest recognizes the best audiovisual works that reflect good management practices, participation, and leadership.

This year’s Best Video Award went to Bihotz Gaztea Ikastola for a film about shared leadership in their school.
The Best Amateur Video Award went to We are Clickers, for The New Team Member, a short film created with artificial intelligence.

Other finalists included Mutualia, Ejie-KZ Gunea, and Ave María Ikastetxea.

More than 1,800 people participated in the public vote, setting a new record. The jury, made up of professionals from Mondragon Unibertsitatea (Communication Degree) and Media Attack, evaluated the originality, quality, and visual impact of each work.

Collaboration with Mondragon Unibertsitatea

The contest is made possible thanks to a strong collaboration with the Faculty of Humanities and Education of Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

The award ceremony was held at AS Fabrik in Bilbao, where this year, students of the Communication Degree had the opportunity to give feedback and advice to the participating organizations.
