Tximist Foundation continues to expand its global impact through the development of the SHE LEADS program in Bangalore (India), an initiative focused on empowerment through sport and education.
During this intervention, the project generated a direct impact on the local community, combining training, education, and leadership.
More than 100 girls and boys training for equality
As part of the program, over 100 girls and boys participated in football training sessions, where sport was used as a tool to promote values such as equality, respect, and teamwork.
These sessions not only encouraged physical activity but also created safe and inclusive spaces for personal development.
Training a new generation of coaches
One of the key pillars of the project has been local capacity building.
A total of 25 coaches were trained, gaining methodological and educational tools to continue the impact within their own communities.
This training ensures the long-term sustainability of the project.
A congress with leading voices in India
The program concluded with a congress featuring prominent figures from India’s sports and social sectors, creating a space for reflection, knowledge exchange, and the promotion of female leadership.
Partnerships for change
This project has been made possible thanks to the collaboration with Rush Academy and Propelathon, key partners in the local development of the program.
Together, they have helped consolidate an initiative that connects sport, education, and equality at an international level.
Sport, leadership and future
SHE LEADS represents Tximist Foundation’s commitment to a development model where sport acts as a driver of social transformation.
Another step toward a more just, inclusive, and opportunity-filled world.
