Morocco: leadership, partnerships, and action on the ground

TXIMIST FOUNDATION continues to strengthen its global mission to create equal opportunities through sport. Our recent visit to Morocco marked a significant step forward, highlighted by three impactful moments that reflect our deep commitment to women’s leadership, international collaboration, and the transformative power of football.

1. She Leads arrives in Morocco

   The expansion of the She Leads program to Morocco, in partnership with Club Sportif Hassania Temara, was a major milestone of this trip. This new edition empowers Moroccan girls through leadership training, personal development, and essential life tools—on and off the pitch. The warm reception from both the club and local community confirms there is a strong and motivated foundation for continued growth.

2. Presence at the World Football Summit

   Our president, Aintzane Encinas, took the stage as a speaker at the prestigious World Football Summit, held at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. Her talk, titled “Let’s trade shoes for boots. Let’s take action.”, was a powerful call to step into action, be present on the ground, and transform words into impact. She shared the platform with like-minded organizations that believe in football as a tool for social change.

3. Official visit to AS FAR

   One of the most memorable moments was our official visit to AS FAR, a leading force in Moroccan women’s football. Welcomed by president Bahia El Yahmidi, the club’s sports directors, and the full women’s team, we experienced an inspiring day of exchange. From attending their video analysis session to joining their training on the field, this meeting opened the door to future collaborations with one of the most committed clubs in holistic player development.
