On Coach's Day, Aintzane was honored at the event organized by the Guipuzcoan Football Federation at the Reale Arena Auditorium. Encinas, recognized for her exceptional work in the Women's Regional Honor Division, expressed her gratitude for the award and dedicated the achievement to her talented coaching staff and dedicated players.
The day began with greetings from Josu Zubia, president of the Coaches Committee, who welcomed all present. During the morning, three informative talks took place. Gari Fullaondo, creator of Kimet Sport, shared insights into creating and planning game models. Natalia Arroyo, coach of the Real Sociedad women’s first team, provided perspectives on attacking the five-defender line, illustrating with examples from her team. Marco Otero, director of the Olympique de Marseille academy, explored the responsibilities and opportunities associated with working with the youth academy.
The event also included the presentation of awards to coaches who led their teams to victory in the Honor and Preferente categories last season. In this context, Aintzane Encinas received well-deserved recognition for her outstanding performance in the Women’s Regional Honor Division.
