Tximist Foundation will once again collaborate in 2026 with the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and the UIK Summer Courses. Following the success of last year’s edition, both institutions are launching a new university training programme focused on leadership and social transformation through sport.
The course is titled “Leadership that transforms the sports ecosystem: communication with impact, talent and equality of opportunity”. It aims to create a space for learning, connection and exchange among professionals, students and people involved in sport and social development.
The training will take place on 1 and 2 September 2026. It will be delivered online and in real time, making it accessible to participants from different locations.
The programme will cover key topics such as transformational leadership, impactful communication, equality of opportunity, talent management and innovation in sport.
It is designed for sports professionals, university students, coaches, social organisations and institutions. It is also open to anyone interested in using sport as a tool for social change.
One of the main benefits of this course is the possibility to earn university credits. This makes it a valuable opportunity both academically and professionally.
The online format also encourages interaction and exchange between speakers and participants, creating a dynamic learning environment.
