The IV CEMYD Donostia 2025 will bring together leading figures from the worlds of sport, education, media and management to discuss gender equality, female leadership and the visibility of women in sport.
Aintzane Encinas, former footballer and president of Tximist Foundation, joins the lineup of outstanding speakers to share her experience in developing projects with social impact through sport.
After a successful football career with Real Sociedad, Aintzane Encinas has focused her work on empowering young women and promoting equal opportunities in sport.
Her session will explore:

Female leadership on and off the field
Inclusive and equality-driven management in sports organisations
