Tximist Foundation receives the Euskadi 2030 Agenda Award for its commitment to the SDGs

Tximist Foundation has been recognized with the Konpromisoa level in the first edition of the Euskadi 2030 Agenda Awards, an award that acknowledges the commitment of organizations from different sectors to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The award ceremony took place today at Lehendakaritza (Vitoria-Gasteiz) and was presided over by Lehendakari Imanol Pradales.

This award, promoted by the Directorate of Social Innovation and the 2030 Agenda of the General Secretariat for Communication and Social Innovation of the Basque Government, aims to promote and raise awareness of the importance of integrating the SDGs into organizational management as a key element of sustainable competitiveness.

Recognition of Tximist Foundation’s commitment

Tximist Foundation is one of the 34 organizations that have received the Konpromisoa level, a distinction that reflects its efforts to promote gender equality in sports, foster female leadership, and encourage educational values through football. Since its inception, the foundation has actively worked to train women for leadership positions and to enhance female visibility in international football.

This recognition strengthens the foundation’s commitment to the 2030 Agenda and reinforces its work in integrating sustainable strategies within its management model.

The Euskadi 2030 Agenda Award

A total of 60 organizations have been recognized in this first edition of the Euskadi 2030 Agenda Awards at three levels: Aurreratua (Advanced), Bidean (Intermediate), and Konpromisoa (Basic). Each organization underwent an evaluation process through a platform developed by EUSKALIT, which included an external review conducted by experts in advanced management and sustainability.

The purpose of these awards is twofold:

  1. To identify and highlight the most advanced organizations in integrating the SDGs so they can serve as an example to others.
  2. To publicly acknowledge the effort and progress of each organization in contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.

For Tximist Foundation, this recognition serves as an incentive to continue developing projects that foster social impact through sports, with equity and sustainability as fundamental pillars of its strategy.
